The Role:
We are looking for absolute Sales Guns with a brilliant and consistent work ethic.
We provide full training on everything Private Health Insurance – we’re looking for individuals who want to put in 110% every day and get rewarded for it.
We are currently seeking Private Health Insurance salespeople to join our established and growing team for an immediate start.
Day to Day:
Once full training is provided and successfully completed, your role will include –
• Contacting a range of highly engaged warm outbound and inbound leads that have left their details on our website or contacted us directly.
• You will assist our customers in selecting and comparing a Private Health Insurance policy for their current or future needs.
• You will help guide customers through the process, by offering key examples of how the policy will benefit the customer, based on their specific circumstances.
On top of –
• Achieve Monthly KPI’s.
• Selling in an ethical & compliant manner at all times
• Manage your own customer database of warm leads
Skills and Experience Requirements:
• A proven recent history of sales success in any industry
• 12 months+ outbound sales experience is ideal but not essential
• Experience in Private Health Insurance sales/products is well-regarded but not essential
• Exceptional customer service and people skills
Benefits:

• Attractive remuneration package – OTE between $90k-$220k
