The ItsMy Group have been helping people with their Health Insurance since 2014. We offer a process that is clear and easy to understand for our clients. Which allows us to provide impartial advice, outstanding customer service and value to each of our customers.
We’re passionate about our people, partners and customers and are very fortunate to work with a number of iconic Australian Private Health Insurance funds on a number of different sales and customer service projects. The ItsMy Group are in a prime location just outside of the CBD in Richmond. With parking onsite and access to public transport at the front door. We also have the flexibility to work from home. We are well known in the Health Insurance sector, where we pride ourselves on the highest levels of customer service and integrity.
Qualifications & experience
• Proficient in MS office and high level of computer literacy
• Health Insurance back office experience (egHAMBS/WHICS/P21) preferred but not essential
• Adaptable to change campaigns when needed
• Ability to handle high volume of calls in a fast pacedenvironment
• Private Health Insurance knowledge is essential
