We’re seeking a results-driven Account Manager to manage and expand our Private Health Insurance (PHI) SaaS solutions. Reporting to the GM, Sales & Operations, you’ll own key customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and collaborate across our teams
Your Impact:
Grow and manage our PHI client base, driving revenue and market share.
Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key PHI stakeholders.
Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities.
Collaborate with Marketing, Lead Partners, and internal teams on customer solutions and projects.
Understand customer technical needs (Cloud/SaaS) and PHI market dynamics.
Leverage CRM (Zoho/Salesforce) and data analytics for strategic insights.
Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes.
Support contract negotiations.
What You Bring:
Ambition to build a career in Account Management/Business Development.
Experience in PHI, Financial Services, or related B2B account management (preferred).
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and client management skills.
Understanding of Cloud/SaaS technologies.
Proficiency with CRM platforms and MS Office.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel interstate.
Knowledge of PHI regulations is a plus.
