About the ItsMy Group 

We’re seeking a results-driven Account Manager to manage and expand our Private Health Insurance (PHI) SaaS solutions. Reporting to the GM, Sales & Operations, you’ll own key customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and collaborate across our teams

Your Impact:

  • Grow and manage our PHI client base, driving revenue and market share.
  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key PHI stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Lead Partners, and internal teams on customer solutions and projects.
  • Understand customer technical needs (Cloud/SaaS) and PHI market dynamics.
  • Leverage CRM (Zoho/Salesforce) and data analytics for strategic insights.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Support contract negotiations.

What You Bring:

  • Ambition to build a career in Account Management/Business Development.
  • Experience in PHI, Financial Services, or related B2B account management (preferred).
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and client management skills.
  • Understanding of Cloud/SaaS technologies.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel interstate.
  • Knowledge of PHI regulations is a plus.
