ItsMy Group is looking for a capable and hands-on Team Leader to support the performance and day-to-day running of one of our key sales teams. This is a practical, people-focused role with a strong emphasis on coaching, operational oversight, and driving outcomes.

You’ll work closely with your team on the floor, helping them build on their strengths and improve where it counts. At the same time, you’ll be across reporting, forecasting, and campaign operations — ensuring things run smoothly and targets are met.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coach and support a team of direct sales agents to achieve strong performance and meet compliance standards.
  • Provide regular, hands-on guidance — listening to calls, offering feedback, and working side-by-side with your team.
  • Build and interpret performance reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage operational tasks including rosters, forecasting, and payroll inputs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in how we work and how we perform.
  • Be available in the office a minimum of 3 days per week, with flexibility to attend up to 5 days as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in private health insurance sales within the last 12 months is essential.
  • Previous leadership experience, particularly in health insurance, is preferred but not required.
  • Strong coaching and communication skills — you know how to bring out the best in others.
  • Confident working with data and building reports that drive action.
  • Organised, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership of your team’s results and daily workflow.
  • Available on-site up to 5 days per week, hybrid options available for the right candidate.
